Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box with the new shipping label visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
